Stepping Stones Day Nursery Staff

Staff are recruited for their experience, knowledge and commitment. They are enthusiastic, caring and are dedicated to caring for and educating the children in their care. We at Stepping Stones aim to provide a service which is relaxed and friendly, with the children at the heart of all we do.

 

Staff at Stepping Stones are encouraged and supported in their professional development within childcare, child development and updating their knowledge on courses which keep them abreast of current thinking.

 

All staff are either fully qualified holding NVQ3 in early years childcare, or working towards NVQ2 and NVQ3 in their own professional development. One of whom is enrolled on an Early Years Professional Status (EYPS) degree.

 

Food hygiene, first aid, special educational needs co-ordinator and safeguarding children courses are regularly updated.

 

All staff have been checked by the Criminal Records Bureau.
